Notes: One story claims that parts of the car were found abandoned along the banks of the Mississippi River in Memphis, TN. It had been totally destroyed. However, a Memphis policeman had the remains towed to his residence, and while he was in the hospital recovering from injuries from a motorcycle accident, the remains disappeared. He believes it was sold to a junk dealer. No parts have been located, with the exception of an engine and transmission that were sold at the auction along with this car in October 1950.
